![]() Contacted Origin Support and worked with a representative. Cleared the Origin client cache 2-3 times. Uninstalled and reinstalled BF4 Premium at least once (since installing through Origin). Ran the repair and update process on the game at least three times each. Uninstalled and reinstalled the Origin client twice. Premium is listed as "Owned" in-game, on the extra content page on Origin, and the Origin library lists the game as "Battlefield 4 Premium Edition." Checked (to the best of my ability) that I do indeed have Premium. I found numerous examples that seemed similar to my predicament and tried their respective solutions to no avail. Additionally, any attempt to join a server running the DLC would present me with a pop-up that I was missing any or all of the DLC and prompt me to purchase them for $15 each.īeing naturally disinclined to spend $75 on something I already owned, I began searching the web for solutions. At first, when I would go to the extra content section for BF4, it would show that I owned the DLC and present me with a button to download it however, the button had no discernable effect at all-clicking it would simply do nothing. Unfortunately, after uninstalling on Steam and reinstalling on Origin, I've had no end of bother trying to get the DLC to work. Then a few weeks ago, I decided to cancel my EA Play pass on Steam and switch it to Origin, so I could get access to more EA games with the pass. While playing on Steam, I had no issues-the DLC automatically installed and everything ran smoothly. ![]() A couple months ago, I started playing Battlefield 4 on Steam using the EA Play pass. ![]()
